Who we are

Pixel & Pace is a sole proprietorship run by Sven Fortuin, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number [KVK-NUMMER]. Address: [ADRES]. You can reach us at hallo@pixelandpace.studio. We are responsible for processing your personal data as described in this policy.

What data we process

• Data you enter in the contact form: name, company name, email address, website and your message.
• Data you enter when booking an appointment via Calendly: name, email address and any comments.
• Data you share during the intake and the project, such as texts, photos and your logo.
• Data we need for invoicing: name, company name, address, Chamber of Commerce and VAT number.

Why we process this data

We process your data on the basis of the performance of a contract, a legal obligation, or our legitimate interest in responding to your request.

• To answer your question and schedule an intake.
• To design and build your website, and optionally host and maintain it.
• To invoice and comply with our legal (tax) obligations.

How long we keep data

• Contact enquiries that do not lead to an assignment: up to 12 months.
• Project data: for the duration of our collaboration, and up to 2 years afterwards.
• Invoice data: 7 years, because the law requires it.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties we need for our services, such as our hosting and email provider (mijndomein.nl), Calendly for scheduling appointments, and our accounting software. Calendly is an American company; appropriate safeguards apply to the transfer of data outside the EU. We make agreements with these parties about the security of your data.

Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access, such as a secure connection (https) and restricted access to our systems.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to processing or ask for your data to be transferred. Send your request to hallo@pixelandpace.studio. We respond within four weeks.

Complaints

Not happy with how we handle your data? Let us know first. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We may update this privacy policy. The current version is always on this page.
